Meet Dr. Adam Lynes
Some people discover chiropractic later in life. Dr. Adam Lynes was born into it.
He comes from a long line of chiropractors—his father, brother, grandfather, several uncles, and cousins all chose the same path. Growing up, he worked as a chiropractic assistant, soaked up the clinic’s atmosphere, and learned firsthand what it means to help people feel better. That early exposure shaped everything about how he practices today: simple, effective care focused on real results.
A Professional Journey from Texas to North Edmonton
Dr. Lynes studied at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX, where he gained the foundation and hands-on experience to turn his lifelong passion into a profession. Since then, he’s been in practice helping patients of all ages, from day-old newborns to active seniors well into their 90s—feel better, move easier, and enjoy a higher quality of life.
He uses a range of adjusting methods, including manual techniques, Activator®, and the Thompson Drop Table approach, to provide precise care. In addition, he offers pregnancy care, pediatric services, and custom orthotic fittings. No matter who walks through the door, his goal is always the same—find what’s not working, fix it, and help you get back to doing what you love.
Down-to-Earth and On Your Side
Patients often say that Dr. Lynes is upbeat, approachable, and easy to talk to—and they’re right. He keeps things simple and clear, so you always know what’s happening and why. His style is hands-on, efficient, and grounded in both experience and common sense.
Outside the office, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and two daughters, heading to the lake in the summer, or on the ice playing hockey in the winter. It’s a busy, active life—just the way he likes it.
