In order to meet our commitment to patient safety, we have changed our booking procedures to include pre-screening questions and staggered appointments to help ensure physical distancing is maintained in our clinic. We are asking patients to help us maintain a healthy and safe environment in our clinic by answering pre-screening questions truthfully and following the new procedures in the clinic.
To book an appointment, call Sonya or Joelle at (780) 488-5353.
To keep traffic in the clinic as low as possible we ask that only the patient booked for the appointment comes in–unless a companion or adult to a child is required. Prepare to answer the prescreening questions over the phone and again when you enter the office.
Screening questions that must be asked of patients and companions:
- Do you have current symptoms of COVID-19, such as:
- a fever
- a new or changed chronic cough
- a sore throat that is not related to a known or preexisting condition
- a runny nose that is not related to a known or preexisting condition
- Nasal congestion that is not related to a known or preexisting condition
- Shortness of breath that is not related to a known or preexisting condition
- Have you traveled internationally within the last 14 days?
- Have you had unprotected close contact with individuals who have a confirmed or presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19.
***Remember, if you have experienced a fever, cough, runny nose or difficulty breathing in the last two weeks we will need to know prior to booking.
***Also, when you arrive for your appointment we will ask you to wash your hands upon entering the office and then again once your adjustment is over and you leave the adjusting room.
